SITE WALK MINUTES
OLD LYME INLAND WETLANDS AND WATERCOURSES COMMISSION
SATURDAY, DECEMBER 4, 2010
Present were: Robb Linde, Janet Bechtel, Evan Griswold, Skip DiCamillo and Sabine O’Donnell.
1. DANIEL JONES – 10 OLD POST ROAD
The commission members met at the site of 10 Old Post Road at 8:30 a.m. Mr. Jones walked the members around through the wetlands on his property. He also showed the location where the water would enter his property as well as where the water flowed on his property during normal rainfalls as well as heavy rainfalls. The meeting was adjourned at 9:10 a.m. No members of the public were present.
2. ENFORCEMENT – HARTUNG PLACE
Commission member Dave McCulloch arrived to walk the site Evan Griswold and Skip DiCamillo were not at this site.

The commission members met at the site with Don Brodeur and observed the 20 large rocks that had been placed near the wetlands/watercourses. Mr. Brodeur was asked to stop any work, and submit and Inland Wetlands Application prior to the next regularly scheduled meeting in January. The commission also requested him to install silt fencing between the rocks and the wetlands. He was also asked to have an expert comment regarding any potential impact.
